Sunday’s message shouldn’t stop on Sunday.
Your church already records every sermon. Benia turns it into a week of social content — transcript, clips, subtitles, quote cards, captions. Your team checks, edits, approves, and downloads the finished clips and cards.
An illustration of the workflow. Top Church appears with permission; the sermon shown is an example.
Churches don’t lack content. They lack the hands to process it.
Most church social media runs on volunteers. They are willing — but they have jobs and families, and the hours are not there. Expecting a finished transcript, edit, subtitle pass, design, caption and schedule every single week is more than anyone can reasonably give.
- Sermon videos pile up, week after week
- The best moments never get cut
- Subtitles never get cleaned up
- Quotes never become graphics
- The feed goes quiet for weeks
- Good content stays in a drive folder
It isn’t that churches have nothing to say. It’s that the production eats people.
Benia turns a sermon into social assets your team can review and publish.
Upload the sermon video and Benia prepares:
- Sermon transcript
- Quote and highlight extraction
- Caption drafts
- Quote card designs
- Short clip edits
- Burned-in subtitles
- Finished files, ready to download and post
Your team never starts from scratch. They check that the quote is accurate, the clip works, and the tone fits your church — then approve.

Download
Approved assets download as finished files, ready to post.
Find sermon moments without listening through the whole recording.
Quote cards in your church's own type and colour.
Approve once, then take everything in one download.
Benia produces. People approve.
Benia does not replace your team’s judgement. Nothing goes live on its own — every caption passes through you first.
- Benia generates first, your team reviews after.
- Edit the subtitles, adjust the caption, swap the clip, send anything back.
- Nothing leaves Benia until you approve it — then download it and post it yourself.
Subtitle text changed. Please approve the clip again before export.

Questions
Will Benia post automatically?
No. Benia prepares everything and stops. A clip, caption or quote card publishes only after someone on your team approves that exact version. Change the subtitles after approving and it returns to needing approval.
Can we edit the subtitles?
Yes, line by line, next to the clip preview. This matters most for scripture references, church-specific terms, speaker names, and mixed English and Mandarin — the places automatic transcription is least reliable.
How do we get the finished files?
You download them. Approve a clip or card and take it on its own, or take everything approved for that sermon in a single download. Then post from your own accounts, the way you do today. Benia never asks for a social media password.
Does this work for a church running on volunteers?
That is who it is built for. The design assumption is that nobody on your team has six spare hours on a Monday. Reviewing and approving a week of content should take minutes, not an evening.
